Free Chart

I created this medication chart several years ago because I couldn’t keep track of all the medications and supplements my husband was taking.  It paid off because one day I had to call 911 – my husband seemed to be having a stroke.  I was able to easily pull his medication chart from the file and hand it to the paramedics and later the doctors in the emergency room.  There was NO WAY at the time that I could have handled anything else.  Nevermind that I really had no clue in my memory of what he was taking.
